In Transit

A podcast dedicated to East Africa’s cultural insurgence. It’s aim is to uncover the vibrant scene and the realities faced by its creators, shedding light on a very promising corner of the world as it transitions into a fully fledged industry. Dive into each episode here

The Ubunifu Place

A one day pop up & showcase that was executed by Tangaza in collaboration with AMPRSND.This event’s purpose was to promote artist discovery – we were able to have upcoming musicians perform. The event also aimed to highlight creative empowerment – we were able to have some of Nairobi’s creative industry gatekeepers and key players engage in a panel discussion.

Lastly, the event aimed to showcase collaboration across mediums – we were able to have an array of creatives showcase their products/services, from musicians performances to fashion brands pop-ups and networking opportunities for our attendees.

Nairobi Etiquette

A fashion editorial series, highlighting the fashion industry within East Africa. For the African attire is serious fire.Nairobi Etiquette, aims to showcase street fashion and it’s key players within the city. A lookbook documenting three brands, buzzing in the city – this edition focuses on these three brands taking a very D.I.Y approach to the fashion industry.

The Nairobi edition of this series was done in partnership with Tangaza Magazine and their network.

 

Full Full Condition

Full Full Condition was a compilation tape ideated and put together by Tangaza Magazine’s, Kalanzi Kajubi.

This tape highlighted and showcased East Africa’s vibrant upcoming music scene. AMPRSND assisted as co-distributors alongside Tangaza. AMPRSND also assisted with the marketing of the project, click here to listen on Spotify or Apple Music. Available on all streaming platforms
